You are entering a legal binding contract. Your bid, offer to buy, purchase constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Sale agreement.
Auction End
Buyer has 14 days to finalize the transaction. A Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold the car for 14 days. Otherwise, Dealer will exercise the right to contact other bidders or sell the car outside of this auction.

By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase this vehicle as outlined in the user agreement you accepted when you registered as an ebay Community Member.
